Fabien Pellarin is passionate about skiing, fitness, hiking, and sailing. Professionally, he is International Business Developer at Decathlon, where he has spent the past four years contributing to the marketplace launch in Switzerland and its expansion in Europe. Previously, he was Brand Manager for Pampers Pants EMEA at Procter & Gamble, where he oversaw the complete redesign of the portfolio throughout the region. With more than 15 years of experience, he has driven growth and led transformation initiatives for international and local businesses in FMCG, industrial manufacturing, hospitality, e-commerce, and healthcare. Fabien holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from HEC Lausanne and a Master’s in Communication & Marketing from New York University.
